The business was founded by Laura Atkinson, working from home to keep her costs down and therefore prices reasonable.

Laura has worked for a local manufacturing business for 20 years in various administration roles and for the period 2000 - 2006 as Financial Controller. During this time she gained a great insight into how small businesses operate and the problems their owners face.

She has now joined forces with her sister, Shona Frusher, herself a qualified bookkeeper, to form Stroud Bookkeeping & Secretarial Services
